All online orders are packaged, dispatched, returned and exchanged from our Warehouse in Barrow upon Soar, Leicestershire UK.
How Club orders are delivered is by agreement with each club. Clubs generally choose to to have orders sent directly to you, while some choose to have the all the orders sent to the Club for them to distribute to their members. Where this is the arrangement with a club, a Delivery Fee per box is charged to the club, to cover the collation and packaging of the items into individual orders to simplify the process for the Club.

DELIVERY TIMESCALES
We do not keep stock of Club products. Club orders are collated and sent to our manufacturer once the Club Shop has closed. The manufacturing process can be from 4 to 10 weeks depending on the products. Orders will be dispatched as soon as they arrive from our manufacturers. The status of the process, such as expected delivery date, will be posted in the Club Shop notices. On occassions, when there is a delay in a partivualar item(s ) we split your order across more than one delivery, but in these circumstances we’ll only charge you once.
Delivery to the EU (including Republic of Ireland)
We only ship orders into the EU that are under the value of €1501 (including p&p).
Orders for delivery into the EU, (including the Republic of Ireland) with a value of €22 or more will carry a VAT and administration charge upon delivery. This cost will be required to be paid by the customer directly to the courier company.
If an order exceeds the limit of €1501 you will see a ‘pop up’ message online advising this. You will be able to select an alternative address within the UK or the item will need to be removed from your shopping basket.
If ordering from the UK for delivery into the EU (including Republic of Ireland), you will see a price change as a different rate of VAT is charged.
Delivery to EU countries will take 3 to 6 working days.
1 Equivalent GBP value is around £130-£135 depending on exchange rates.
DELIVERY METHOD
Deliveries within the UK are via Royal Mail using a tracked service and will be made Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. For very large orders DPD may be used and will be made Monday – Friday, except public holidays.
Deliveries overseas are sent via Royal Mail International tracked service. There may be local import duties to be paid on receipt of your goods that Swimzi is not liable for. Delivery to EU countries will take 3 to 6 working days from date of dispatch. Delivery to any other country will take 5 to 14 working days from date of dispatch.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Please note that we do not accept returns of certain products unless the goods are faulty. These are items that have been personalised and swimwear (for hygiene reasons). Your Right of Withdrawal does not apply to these products. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Teamwear is bespoke, made to order, and not held in stock therefore exchanges are generally not possible. Instead a refund will be offered.
If you have an item you wish to return please contact our Customer Service team at teamwear@swimzi.com and one of the team will be happy to advise.
Unfortunately we cannot offer free returns. If you wish to return your order (or part of it) then you will need to pay postage.
You can return all or part of your Teamwear order to us within within 30 days of dispatch, and we’ll refund the value of the goods returned to you. For purchases during November and December, we extend our returns period so you have until the 31st January to return for a refund.
When returning an item please always ask for a ‘Proof of Posting’ certificate as we cannot be held responsible for goods that get lost in transit (your statutory rights are not affected). We recommend you keep your proof of posting safe, just in case.
Use the Returns Form and pre-printed address label provided, or alternatively please ensure that you include the following information when you return your order:
- Your name & full address
- Contact telephone number
- Order number
- Name of item
- Reason for returning/description of fault

Note: Returned gift items still have to be refunded to the original purchaser. If you want to return your gift, we can’t keep it a secret from the person who bought it for you!
Returns from the EU
You may can still return items to Swimzi Ltd by following the steps below.
Package your goods securely applying Return label and complete your CN22 (Customs Declaration) form and take it to your nearest Post Office.
On your CN22 form, please ensure you include Returned Goods (Description) and No Commercial Value to ensure this is processed correctly through customs
Processing of Returns
Returns can take up to 14 days to process. If we have your email address, we will email you to confirm receipt of your return within 30 days. If you have created an account with us you can also check the status of your return by signing into My account online. Any refund will automatically be issued to the original payment method and will show on your next statement.
We are not able to refund any additional VAT paid for the item paid upon delivery. If you are returning an item due to a fault, please contact us.
