All online orders are packaged and dispatched from our Warehouse in Barrow upon Soar, Leicestershire, UK.

The delivery process for Club orders is tailored through individual agreements with each club. Typically, clubs opt for direct shipment to your home address, while others prefer consolidating all orders at the Club for subsequent distribution among their members. In instances where the latter arrangement is established, a Delivery Fee per box is applied to the club and the individual members will receive free delivery upon checkout.

We operate on a made-to-order model and do not maintain an inventory of Club products. After the closure of the Club Shop, orders are collated and sent to our factories. The manufacturing timeline varies, spanning from 5 to 12 weeks depending on the specific products involved. Updates on expected delivery dates, will be communicated through Club Shop notice bar and Shipping Policy section. Once the items are received from our manufacturers, we promptly dispatch them to the customer. In the event of a delay to a particular item(s), we may opt to split your order across multiple deliveries. However, rest assured that you will only be charged once, even in such circumstances.

Delivery to the EU (including Republic of Ireland)

We only ship orders into the EU that are under the value of €1501 (including p&p).

Orders for delivery into the EU, (including the Republic of Ireland) with a value of €22 or more will carry a VAT and administration charge upon delivery. This cost will be required to be paid by the customer directly to the courier company.

If an order exceeds the limit of €1501 you will see a ‘pop up’ message online advising this. You will be able to select an alternative address within the UK or the item will need to be removed from your shopping basket.

If ordering from the UK for delivery into the EU (including Republic of Ireland), you will see a price change as a different rate of VAT is charged.

Delivery to EU countries will take 5 to 7 working days.

Deliveries within the UK are made via Royal Mail using a tracked service and will be made Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. For larger orders, DPD or DHL may be used and will be made Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays.

Deliveries overseas are sent via Royal Mail International tracked service. There may be local import duties to be paid on receipt of your goods that Swimzi is not liable for. Delivery to EU countries will take 5 to 7 working days from date of dispatch. Delivery to any other country will take 7 to 14 working days from date of dispatch.


Teamwear products are bespoke, made to order and are not kept in stock.  Due to the bespoke nature of our Teamwear products we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges unless the product is faulty or we have delivered the wrong item.

If you have an item that is faulty or we have delivered the wrong product, please contact our Customer Service team at, or submit a message via the Contact Us form. Any faulty items must be reported to us within 30 days of receiving your order, otherwise we will be unable to validate your request for a refund or replacement. On the contact form, please select the subject ‘Faulty Item’, providing details of the fault or error and the team will provide guidance on how to proceed.

Returns must be made within 14 days of a Return Request being accepted. On receipt into the warehouse, we will refund the value of the goods.

When returning an item please always ask for a ‘Proof of Posting’ certificate as we cannot be held responsible for goods that get lost in transit (your statutory rights are not affected).

Faulty Item Returns from the EU

As above, please contact or fill in the Contact Us form before returning any good to us. Once you receive a response from the team to confirm the return of the item(s), please follow the steps below.

Package your goods securely applying a Return label and complete your CN22 (Customs Declaration) form and take it to your nearest Post Office.

On your CN22 form, please ensure you include Returned Goods (Description) and No Commercial Value to ensure this is processed correctly through customs.

Processing of Returns

Returns can take up to 14 days to process. If we have your email address, we will email you to confirm receipt of your return within 30 days. If you have created an account with us you can also check the status of your return by signing into My account online. Any refund will automatically be issued to the original payment method and will show on your next statement.

We are not able to refund any additional VAT paid for the item paid upon delivery.
