We regret to inform you that, effective immediately, all swimwear orders (Bikinis, Tieback, Thinstrap, Broadstrap, Seamless, Kneesuit, Jammer & Trunks/Slips) have been temporarily suspended until further notice. This decision has been made following the discovery of sizing issues with some products from our new swimwear provider. We understand the importance of reliable and well fitting swimwear for our athletes and clubs; and we are taking steps to ensure these issues are resolved promptly and thoroughly.

Key Information:

  • Sizing Issues Identified:
    It has come to our attention that there have been significant discrepancies in the sizing of swimwear supplied by our new provider. These issues have affected the fit and comfort of the swimwear, which is not up to the standard we promise our customers.
  • Thorough Investigation Underway:
    To address this problem, we are conducting a comprehensive investigation into the sizing inconsistencies. This process involves reviewing the manufacturing procedures, materials used, and overall quality control processes to pinpoint and rectify the issues.
  • Refunds for Open Orders:
    If you have recently placed an order for swimwear, we will issue a refund. We understand how crucial fitted swimwear is, and we don’t want any of our customers to experience dissatisfaction. Once the sizing issues have been resolved and the new sizes approved by Swimzi, you will have the option to reorder your swimwear.
  • Current Orders in Production:
    Orders in production for swimwear will be temporarily held. This means that we are not processing or shipping any swimwear orders at this time; your orders are not being cancelled, unless stated by yourself. Instead, they are on hold until we complete the necessary testing and approval of new sizing samples. Once we have verified that the new samples meet our stringent quality standards, we will resume production and processing of these orders. If you prefer not to wait, we are offering full refunds for all recent orders, with the option to reorder once the issues are resolved.
  • Commitment to Quality:
    We apologise for the inconvenience this suspension may cause to you and your club. Please be assured that we are committed to resolving this issue as quickly as possible while maintaining our commitment to providing high quality swimwear. Your satisfaction and trust are of utmost importance to us.
